Return & Cancellation Policy – MAISON BELLAMONT

📦 Return Conditions
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered by us. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

Requirements for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with complete original packaging.

  • No damage caused by improper handling may be visible.

  • Hygiene items must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  • For defective goods received upon delivery, a photo as proof must be provided.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items arrive used or damaged without our responsibility.

If your item meets the above conditions, please proceed as follows:

Send an email to info@maisonbellamont.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photo (for damaged goods)

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

You will receive the correct return address from us within 2 working days.
Please never send the package to the sender’s address.

After receiving your return, we will process it within 7 working days.

🔁 Right of Withdrawal 
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days, starting from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the last item.

Please note:

  • We operate with an automated ordering system. Once an order has been placed, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • If your order is already on its way, please wait until you receive it and then initiate the return process.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

After receiving and inspecting the return, the refund will be processed within 14 days to the same payment method (unless otherwise agreed).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns must be sent at your own expense to our central warehouse in Asia.
Proof of shipment (e.g., tracking number) will help us process your return faster.
