2. Products & Offers
All offers are non-binding and subject to change.
We strive for accurate product descriptions, but minor variations in color or detail may occur.
A purchase agreement is formed once you receive an email confirmation from us.
3. Prices & Taxes
All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order confirmation.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
To keep prices fair, we ship directly from our certified logistics facility in Asia, allowing us to offer premium quality at accessible prices.
Average delivery time: 8–12 business days after dispatch.
Delays caused by customs or global conditions may occasionally occur.
All shipments include tracking and insurance through trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS or DHL.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.
To do so, send an email to info@emmaethan-boston.com before the 30-day period expires.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Return shipping is at your expense unless the item was defective or incorrect on arrival.
Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
6. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Items damaged through misuse or negligence
7. Returns & Refunds
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
All returns are processed through our central logistics facility in Asia.
Please use a tracked shipping method and retain proof of shipment.
8. Warranty
Products are guaranteed to conform to the contract and be free from manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by misuse, modification, or wear and tear is excluded from warranty coverage.
9. Complaints
You can submit a complaint by emailing info@emmaethan-boston.com.
We respond within 14 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may contact the appropriate consumer mediation body in your country.
10. Liability
Emma & Ethan Boston is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
Our liability never exceeds the purchase amount of the product concerned.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
12. Updates
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect once published on this page.
